The Urban Courtyard House began as part of a design that was developed within a group. The overall concept was to design an ideal neighborhood based off of three conditions, the alley, the street and the avenue. We dived our final neighborhood plan into plots based on how they interacted with these multiple conditions. I was assigned to design an area with joint plots. My design reacts to this condition by including a courtyard where these plots meet.
Programs used: Revit 2013, AutoCAD 2013, Illustrator CS5, Photoshop CS5
