This short-term project was focused on the study of the Golden Rectangle. The proposal was to develop a dwelling for architect, artist, and master wood carver Wharton Esherick. The final design was meant to respond to the bounds of an existing wall that happened to be a Golden Rectangle. My final project focused on the interaction between a grid of columns, that defined the broken down golden rectangles I extracted from the site, and the curves within the grid, that represented the Fibonacci Sequence's prominence within the site.
